Robert is simply being called a scammer because his seminars are expensive. Like i said high price does not = scam. Also, if those people agree to pay, then what is he doing wrong? Your saying he should be ashamed for being amazing at sales?

Yes he is self promoting, thats the whole point to his image, just like a president, CEO or anyone else in power, image is everything.

I would never go to any of his seminars, not even if its $100, why bother? he will only be telling you what you already heard from books or you can simply watch videos on youtube to learn, which is what i do 1-2 hours per day for FREE. but calling him a scammer? I dont agree one bit, hes an amazing salesman who is selling extremely high priced seminars and people are actually buying them, whats he suppose to do? Say sorry you cant come to my seminar, lol.

I really do not how to respond kindly. If you think Robert is credible, you are sadly mistaken. Just Google him and you will come to learn he is a self promoting shill that will take your money and leave you with less. Don't believe in his promotions. Simply take you money, put it in an index ETF and let it grow, slowly, but surely.

I went to the seminar a couple nights ago and I was so pumped up! I want to go through the seminar and make lots of money! I think that Robert Kiyosaki has an impeccable record and that he really isn't doing this for the money. He has all the money he needs and is doing it to help others and his country.

Hi,

So at the end of the teaching seminar where you said you did learn alot of great info, the fact that they try to sell you more means it is a scam? People are calling this a scam because the tried to sell you more causes?

Is the Robert Guy and his Wife Kim really rich from investing? YES THEY ARE! Are his books full of educational information? Yes they are! Does he EVER EVERY PROMISE EVER EVEN ONCE That his books will make you rich? No he does not! calling him a scammer is extremely unfair, i have a lot of respect for this guy! Did he personally try to sell you a $65,000 seminar? because if not you should be ashamed. And even if he did, its not a crime to sell something at an expensive price. IF you want to pay it you can pay it. His books and seminars are simply guides, he repeats that numerous times in his book.

@Connie- thanks for sharing your experience. Shelling out $64000 to "learn to make it rich" seems counterintuitive to me. Why not invest that in some index funds instead?

I attended the stock market trader seminar for $200 in Oakland, Ca. in January 2011. Well worth the money to get me started on the idea of stock market trading--but don't spend a dime more! The 3 day seminar motivated me. That's all I needed. I could see that the lure into the next step--to shell out $8,000 to $64,000 was all gravy for them (Rich Dad Education) and poverty for you. Go to Amazon where you can much more easily learn from books written by professionals--books that you can get for a total cost of under $200 (8-10 books--that will tell you more than anything this guy claimed the Rich Dad education can teach you for your $64,000. If I had bothered to buy just two or three of those books for under $100, and read them, I could have saved the second hundred dollars of the semiar cost. The whole thing was so obviously a scam. He gave us just enough to make us believe he had a turth. Yet, he ruined it by saying that only this course could make us rich in the stock market. In reality it only makes him and the others who belong to Rich Dad rich. If this guy who taught the course actually made money in the stock market the way he said he did, he wouldn't have had to work for Rich Dad at all. He, also, made a few glaring errors when he talked about himself. Like claiming that no book on the market can compare to Rich Dad's (repeat-ad-nauseam-one-theme books that only tell you in reality the difference between an asset and a laibility and nothing more). If he'd read any of Rich Dad's books all the way through, then he wasn't even near as smart as he'd like us to think he was. Rich Dad tells a little truth to get you to believe a great big lie--that YOU will get rich when it is Robert and his cutly crew that will suck your money out of your pocket, leaving you the poorer. The teacher was a very good teacher whose primariy goal was to give just enough information to dupe a lot of the people alot of the time. And, yes, he certainly did do just that. Many people stayed back and were willing to believe this very convincing teacher of unreliable 'stock trading status' that he was the answer to their dreams of unlimited wealth. They were willing to part with their large sums of borrowed money (from credit cards, bank accounts or 401K accounts) and think they had struck gold. Fool's gold, honey, fool's gold. And you know what they say about a fool--yes, a fool and his money are soon parted. I never told any of them to look Rich Dad up on the net and discover what Fools they were. Why because people learn in their own way, often stampeding to the poor house via of some get rich quick scheme. And these peole were willing to pay large sums of money for the privilege to get admittance to that poor house. We all learn the hard way. I had to learn in my former years--I let them learn, too. I would like to hear from them in one years time. Have you ever read where someone became fabulously weathly as a result of Rich Dad? I mean, seriously? HAS ANYONE COME OUT OF ONE OF THESE SEMINARS AND SAID THEY WERE MAKING TEN GRAND A MONTH?
